- Peanuts - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2
- Red Chillies - 5
- Big Onion - 1 (chopped)
- Tamarind - 1 (small ball size)
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Heat the oil in a pan add Garlic, Red chillies and Onion fry for some time.
- Add Peanuts, mix well and switch off the flame.
- After it cools, grind the mixture to a fine paste by adding tamarind and salt.
- Serve the peanut chutney with rice.
